I ordered a front lip directly through them this weekend on Saturday. Is it pushy to ask for order confirmation today? They took my money from my account through PayPal

I ordered a front lip directly through them this weekend on Saturday. Is it pushy to ask for order confirmation today? They took my money from my account through PayPal but no acknowledgement yet. Is this normal practice far forum vendors?

Crap I was thinking that by ordering direct from the source that I would be benefiting their profit margin and might get quick customer service.

Well, with Jay, you never know. When I've ordered, the stuff has shipped same or next day. Others have not been so lucky. And usually it's an inventory issue. That's why people recommend ordering through the ZStore. They'll tell you if they have it in stock or not.

Buying their parts from the z store and ebay is prob the best way, got the few peices i ordered off ebay from them overseas in like 3 weeks, and very fast communication, and if need be your covered by ebay, and feedback can help get your stuff fast.

This stuff has been going on for years.
EVO-R,you never know what to expect.
I can offer many examples of my experiences with Jay.
Basically it is this:If the item is in stock,you will probably
get it in a decent time. If it is out of stock,WATCH OUT.
Do not believe anything you hear about how long it will be
before it is in stock etc. If you do get a date,add another
2-3 weeks to that(maybe more) for it to arrive.
Why is this?
EVO-R items are made in Taiwan at a large facility. They make parts
for all types of vehicles not just for the Z. Time needs to be alloted
for a production slot for the out of stock part. Also,the EVO-R parts
are done in rather small numbers.
Good advice to buy through the Z Store or off ebay (EVO-R uses
vendor names that have changed over the years)that will note
if the item is in stock.
Another factor is communications. At times there is a "language barrier" that
is a problem.
If I am looking to buy CF parts that are not large molded,I use ZCFcovers.
They are on ebay.
Their stuff is made in the U.S. and never out of stock .

Refund issued. But it could take up to 30 days to credit my account.

Jay, you may want to fix your website as you are providing contradictory information. One menu says it's available and on sale another says it's out of stock.
