Can I replace the non touring radio with the touring Bose Radio and Nav? Need somebody with knowledge about this. Can I put this into my 370z with the normal

Adding the Stock Bose radio and Stock Nav to my 370z (Link Picture Inside)
Can I replace the non touring radio with the touring Bose Radio and Nav?
Need somebody with knowledge about this. Can I put this into my 370z with the normal radio and non Nav setup? Will it fit? Will the air conditioner and heater attach to the back of the Bose setup?
