Adding the Stock Bose radio and Stock Nav to my 370z (Link Picture Inside)
Can I replace the non touring radio with the touring Bose Radio and Nav?
Need somebody with knowledge about this. Can I put this into my 370z with the normal radio and non Nav setup? Will it fit? Will the air conditioner and heater attach to the back of the Bose setup? Will the Nav and controls work? Will I need additional parts? Sorry for the multiple questions and Thank you guys in advance. 2010 Nissan 370Z Complete Navigation System | eBay

Nope. For you to put the factory nav in a non nav car would require replacing most of the wiring harness for you car. Also just the stereo alone would not work. The factory nav system has 2 units in other spots in the car that are required for the factory nav to work.

Unfortunately if you want the factory nav system you have to get a Z that has it already.
Up until recently it was thought the same thing about going from factory nav to aftermarket but that was proven wrong. (DIY - Nav System Conversion) My Z has the factory nav and I hate it. I’m deleting my factory nav later this year. I would suggest going with a nice aftermarket system if you want navigation in your Z. Now I’m not saying its impossible putting the factory nav into a non-nav car. I took a quick look at the service manual to see what would have to be done. In my estimation the time, effort, and money it would take would cost a lot more than a really nice after market system (not exaggerating one bit).
