Default Nismo Shift Knobs?

My car was recently at a body shop getting worked on and when I got my car back the OEM shift knobs leather finish was compromised. It was covered in some sort of grey putty or something.

Anyways, I dont feel like taking it back because of that and arguing with them, So I decided to just buy another one online.

I was just quoted $186.00 for the OEM and takes 2-5 Business days to ship.
Or I can get the NISMO black or carbon fiber knobs on Amazon for $90-120 with same day or nexy day delivery.

Im leaning towards the NISMO since I hate waiting.

Im wondering if you guys use the NISMO knobs and how they compare towards the leather OEM ones?

those nismo knobs are kinda narrow. i run the TWM big type-r knob. but u have to make ur own finisher and make ur own collar to keep the boot up.

also check out the Specter knob from TWM. i run dat one in my G. both very nice.

I just ended up buying the OEM one from dealer.
I dont think the cylindrical design of the NISMO version would fit my hand right...
