2009 370z headlight, any easy way to install bulbs?

Is there a easier way to install stock headlight bulbs or is there a conversion kit to make it easier? The design is terrible and very hard to swap out bulbs

There is no easy way. I agree, it's quite a bit of work to install a simple little bulb on these cars.
