Tomei Expreme Exhaust - yay or nay?
Hey folks, I haven't posted anything here for a long time. Meanwhile, I've had some minor mods, like spacers and Mishimoto oil cooler. Now, next in my list is my exhaust system. Currently, I have test pipes and stock y pipe/catback exhaust. I felt in love with the Tomei Expreme exhaust - Tomei Expreme Titanium Exhaust 370Z Cat Back . My only concern is that the noise level will be unbearable. Any thoughts? Thanks!

It is loud! I don't daily my Z so I don't care. Sounds beautiful in the mountains or on a track. Cruising along on the highway not so much IMO.

Sad day. I'm really pumped up for this upgrae... I don't drive my car during the week either, I have an old toyota tercel lol. I drive my Z during the weekend, but still it's mainly city/highway - no mountains. Therefore, I will have to suck it up and get used to the loudness or find another single exhaust.

Def sounds loud and aggressive. IMO it sounds like it is beginning to approach that "ricer" type sound. Maybe consider a non resonated FI exhaust? Again, to each their own

Every time I see a 370 with a single exhaust and dual cut outs in the bumper I If you do buy it, please fill in the other cut out in the bumper.
Sounds good
