Lowering & Spacers for Nismo

For you guys on aftermarket springs on your Nismos, are you changing out the struts too or installing the springs on the nismo struts? I would always buy aftermarket struts

For you guys on aftermarket springs on your Nismos, are you changing out the struts too or installing the springs on the nismo struts? I would always buy aftermarket struts when I would install lowering springs but it seems a lot of people DO NOT swap out struts on their Nismos. Am I right? Would aftermarket springs on nismo struts reduce the life of the struts?
