I forgot to mention the Swift-R's are a bit stiffer feeling then the stock Nismo springs. So if you are looking for more ride quality over performance, I would look

I forgot to mention the Swift-R's are a bit stiffer feeling then the stock Nismo springs. So if you are looking for more ride quality over performance, I would look at a something like fuct recommends in the Tein line up. ( 350Z only)Tein H-tech is for better ride quality, and it's give a little bit of a lower stance then stock, but not as much as the other springs out there, that are more agressive. Then the S-tech spings is more of a performance lowing spring, and is along the same lines as the Swifts, H&R, Eibach (which makes spring just for the Nismo), Megan, Tanabe, RS-R, ARK, etc.
This is my first car I haven't run Tein suspension on as of yet.
