For intakes, i got Takeda time attack long tubes. Then i powder coated them wrinkle red. These intakes are cool because the MAF is on the side, and there is not break in the tubing visible when you open the hood so they have a really clean look. For my exhaust, i did aam 2.5 true dual, which is a good exhaust (looks awesome) but I'm not that happy with the sound. For $1,000 they are very quiet and don't have much of a note. I ended up running it with test pipes, so now its loud but sounds like a lawn mower (at least from the inside, lol)
