Default Stillen gen 3 intakes installed!! (On a Nismo)

I got them on, could it be me, but when I went out for a ride after installing them. The sound and power were there, the only thing I noticed is that my mph were going up pretty slow then normal, like if something was holding the car down, like if it was dragging and yes I had my windows up and my a/c off. Is this normal or is it just me? Btw no check engine light on, nothing. Rpm go up normal its just the Speed, I noticed a in change.

You lose low end HP and Torque, congrats

You should have disconnected your negative terminal during installation. If you didn't, do it, and leave your doors or lights on to drain any residual electricity, then reconnect. You know you have done it properly if you lose all your radio stations

AND you'll have to let the ECU relearn...and before you and ask... No, I don't know how long it takes for the ECU to learn, I'd guess 75-150 miles though
Some may say a certain number or start cycles

I disconnected the the (-)terminal . The time, radio stations and even the A/B milage rested. If I dosconnect the battery and let it drain will it fix the problem? Or what do u think?

Like I put in your other thread:
Google, damn thing works miracles

2nd link

We've been here for about 4 years, we PRETTY MUCH have a thread for everything. Especially when it comes to intakes, exhausts, dynos, brake pads, oil, coolant... Actually... We have a thread for 99.99% of any topic, LOL

Thank you, it was helpful, I'll just disconnect the negative terminal and see. I saw that you can reset the ecu.

I guess it's normal, it's just the ecu need to get use to the mod. Lol
