Default Soul Function Chassis Bracing

Hey guys, not sure if anyone here has experience with this, but exactly what underbody chassis bracing does the 2015+ Nismo setup have? I’ve been looking into purchasing the full line of Soul Function’s Chassis Bracing, but would rather not replace any Nismo bracing we already have under there.

Thanks!

Unsure how much 2015 differs from 2014, but none of the SoulFunction braces I got replaced anything stock except for those ugly comma-shaped things connecting the sides to the engine subframe. Love SF. Buy dont get the 6 point chassis brace or w/e, it's way too low for us

Low enough that you should get a paycheck from your local Streets & San Dept. for roadkill removal. If you get the 4 point front D brace and the front subframe lateral brace kit, they perform the same function as the 6 point, and with an equivalent amount of soul.

I have the full Soul Function brace setup on my 2011 Nismo:

SoulFunction rear lower M brace
SoulFunction 4-point front D brace
SoulFunction front subframe lateral brace kit
SoulFunction rear tie bar
SoulFunction front fender brace

I started with the 6-point mid-chassis brace but swapped it out for the less aggressive subframe lateral brace kit. As stated, the 6-point sits just a couple of inches off the ground and is probably unlivable on the streets. Which reminds me that I need to post in the classifieds to sell.

How do you like the fender braces? I've been contemplating them but not sure if they're worth the $$$

Not sure yet, was going to pass on them due to the headache of taking fenders off. However knew I was going to have the front end torn apart to install the JWT C2 Cams which I’m finishing up now. Therefore, yet to drive the car with the fender braces installed but all other braces were installed right away over the winter.

I'm excited to order my full brace set (minus the fender braces) soon; how have you liked the bracing thus far?

I just ordered the full set of underbody braces from Soul Function through Z1. Personally, I love the color, although it clashes with my red calipers, Koni yellow dampers, and Eibach bars (good thing none of those are visible without a lift haha ).

Unfortunately, the 6-point brace appears to be out of stock, with no ETA. I received all the other ones. Does anyone happen to know how often they make new batches of parts? I sent emails to them and Z1 as well.

Update: the 6-point mid chassis brace is discontinued, according to Z1. Still waiting for a reply from Soul Function. I asked about the front tie bar and lateral braces, but there is a note on Z1’s site about those being discontinued as well.
