Hey everyone, I have a 11 Nismo and I am running the AAM short tails with 4" tips. I was curious if anyone was running the same set up and is able to measure from the furthest back point on the short tails before the pipe bends where the tip is able to be fitted to the edge of the tip of the bumper for me and maybe snap a pic of a ruler next to it. my 4" AAM tips are not really cutting it for me and I found some tips I like that are dual exit(quad tips) only problem is the are 10.25 inches long and I don't know if they are going to fit. I have no problem cutting back the short tail ends to make them shorter I just need to know how far it is before the pipe bends to the bumper to see if its even worth it. the tips are 2. inlet to dual 3.5 exit. I know the ends will fit, im just worried about the length. the tips are also bolt on so worst comes to worst I can put about 2 inches off the inlet of the tip and about the same off the short tails and weld the tips on but would rather bolt them up to keep it rotatable. thanks

Will try and add a pic of what im talking about measuring. (im away for work and don't have access to my car btw)

Ended up buying them and giving it a try here is the final product.

Its not touching the bumper it gets smaller after the first 3 inches so I have about a 1/2" to a inch between the bumper and the tip. ha sorry bout the double post...

Sorry man, but that looks horrible. Exhaust would need to go up and more to the center to make that work, and the diffuser would need to be cut.

There slide right off if I want them too.. I had the exact same gap with my 4" tips from Aam because I adjusted the pipes higher when I put these tips on. It s just the angle of the camera.. It looks much different in person. Only thing I didn't like was how much further out they stuck. But whatever. diffuser cut out is not visible unless you put your head at eye level..
