I have Sparco in my Eclipse. I assume you are referring to at least a four point racing harness?
If you want them in the Z then I would bet a rear cross bar would be needed in order to attach the shoulder straps. I was lucky enough to obtain mine locally from a race supply store. I bet google would point you in the right direction. |

Not an easy task. For four point harness you would need four points of attachment(2 ends for shoulder belt, 2 points for lap belt). 3 point harness would be three points of attachment. The lap belt may be able to use the factory attachment points on the seat but the shoulder belt attachment was probably not designed into the chassis. That is why I mentioned the rear cross bar. The shoulder belts need to be kept within a certain angle or else they may compress your torso in a collision. I have also heard that racing harnesses are actually more dangerous in a street car due to securing the body too tightly therefore not allowing the body to move in a side collision for example. Not much of a concern for me though.

you do not, and should not need racing seat belts. they will do you more harm than good in an accident unless you have a full roll cage and are wearing the proper safety equipment. eg helmet. please do more research.

Harnesses and full safety equipment are for the track. Seat belts for the street. If the OEM seatbelt doesn't hold you enough, get a cg-lock.
