I've owned a few of everything ranging from Iroc Z as a kid, a few MR2 Turbos, Cayman S, Boxster, RS4, Carrera and a 350z track model that wasn't bad but wasn't half as nice as my new 370z. I drove another Cayman but even with the PDK I liked the 370 better and it was almost half the price.
Currently I'm looking to black/Carbon my Fangs, add HFC's, Stillen Headers and maybe an intake. I like the design of the AEM but have concerns about it injesting water being that low to the ground and open like that in the wheel wells.. <I welcome feedback on that though???> After some reading I'm not convinced that aftermarket exhaust that are any good are worth the 2k or so compared to the above changes with an UpRev tune. I'm thinking I would rather save that money for the Stillen Supercharger later when I'm not worried about warranty but that may not be a good idea with my 7 speed tranny. Lots of questions and idea's and I'm glad to have found a forum for them all. Thanks, Brandon |

welcome! and congratulations on the Z
As of your question, i bet it's safer to go with Stillen Gen 3. as the Injens are too low imo. and there's a range of cbe's to choose below 2k |

Welcome! of all the cars? Do some seaches on the forum, plenty of exhaust choices for 1k and even several less. The real bottle neck on this car is the exhaust system including the cats. and you're right that the stillen's are the safer option with good proven gains.

Check out the Fast Intentions exhaust, IRCC it's a price tag of about ~$1100 and has nothing but great reviews. The Stillen Gen III is the way to go
