Default Hello from WV! 19 Sport 370Z TT

Hello everyone, glad to be here! I bought my Z new in 19. In 21 I bought the AAM twin turbo kit, with Ecutek. It took almost a year to get it, I'm sure covid was part of the hold up. I'm a truck driver so I only have weekends to work on it. At this moment everything is installed and the engine and tran are ready to go back in the car.

Now for the fun part! While I was in the empty engine bay running fuel lines, I dropped a wrench and it landed in the worst place ever. It broke the wire harness on the SyncRev module (I think that's what it is) on top of the transmission. From what I can find, that module is 1000 bucks and I can't just buy the wire harness. Any tips would be welcome.

Welcome to the forum!

Can’t help on the mechanical question, but I’m sure someone will chime in.

You might be correct that it was the SRM module. This thread should clarify it for you: How to ID a transmission with SRM

Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like you have good options here. Perhaps you can source a used module/harness for a reasonable price? Or can you rebuild the harness? Finding the right connector is probably your biggest challenge.
