Glad to be a NISMO Z Owner!
Hi everyone, I purchased a 2019 NISMO Z in late April and love it. I've already taken it to the track (NOLA Motorsports Park).
I'm a "retired" Spec Miata, BMW CCA, and Spec Z racer. After retiring from racing, I worked a couple of years as an Instructor with Xtreme Xperience. I "retired" from that job in early March. Having driven Ferraris, Lambo's, McLarens, Porsches, Nissan GTR's, etc I had a serious need for speed. I loved the rented NASA Spec Z car I raced a few years ago, so I decided to purchase a NISMO Z. I took it to the track a few weeks ago and ran it in NASA HPDE4 (and instructed a HPDE1 student). Had a blast, was surprised how much grip the Dunlop SP Sport Maxx GT600 tires had. I'm looking forward to making it faster (but still very streetable) with guidance from you guys. |
