![]() The clutch likes to chatter and talk at you. What you are experiencing is completely normal. As the clutch heats up and metal expands, the chatter might even increase. When you push the clutch pedal in, you are disengaging the plates and that's why the noise stops. Even in neutral with the clutch pedal at rest, the plates are close enough to rattle (and they get closer as they heat up and expand).
