Hey guys, looking into buying a Z34 as a weekend car and wanted to hear your biased thoughts

I daily drive a 98 GS400 and thing runs like a top, pretty quick to

I owned a Z32 (it was my first car), loved it and thought about getting another one, but they are just to old in my eyes right now.

Was going to buy a c6 Z06, just to much money right now 35-40K, especially since I just paid for my wedding. Was looking into a C5 z06, but I don't want to have another 15 year old car and the interior is just horrible.

I think my best choice would be a used z34, I'm not looking for a HP monster, just a nice car to cruise in with my bride, and when I want to get on it, she'll move
What do you think I can get for 20-25K?

2013+ Sport model with under 30k miles and probably some warranty left on the high end. A CSC that will fail either 1 mile out the lot or never. Some thin paint to really bring out those rock chips. Other nit-picky things. Something about 2nd gear being hard to shift without jolting the car. Something something dark side. Something about whatever a TT CAI BOV thingie is.

Fun car to drive. Takes a corner like a fattie takes an oreo Mcflurry.

2ND gear hard shifting is bad drivers.

anytime there's jolt/stutter it's not because the car sucks it's because my manual skills suck. specifically the clutch releasing.

more consistently the jolt is me and the passenger being pinned to the seat. my type of jolting.

imo fk the warranty. get a low mileage 2012 MY for the nice fangz with the sports package and then have fun.

The jolt is just a back massage from all that HP. Fuel starvation on hard rights and oil boiling is just the Z saying it wants moar mods.
