It's all normal.
The front tire chatter is known as 'tire scrub'. You are correct it should be expected with a wider low profile tire on a tight turn. It is worse when the tires are cold. The noise you hear from the drive train is the throw-out bearing on the transmission. Again, perfectly normal.
