Wine, merlot recommendations

My problem is I keep getting really dry and nasty tasting like vinegar red merlot. I've tried Blackstone, Dracula merlot and a non merlot a pothic red.

Dracula was 28 for bottle, a pothic and blackstone 11 each.

Looking for sweet with flavor keep finding dry and yucky. Any help much appreciated. I won't complain if I don't like suggestions after trying them.

If you want sweet try a port. Or a rose.

Yes mad dog, I remember vomiting that in my youth. I'll try one of the port wines.

Why Merlot?
Go with a Zin?

And port is SWEEEET, with lots of alcohol. Lol
