Yeah, it will be a great movie, but wait for the love story to take away from the movie

Saw this today. Hands down one of the best car/racing movies. Up there with Grand Prix and LeMans.

I was 15 when Gran Prix came out. They had this thing called Cinerama back then. It was a huge wrap-around movie screen with three synchronized projectors. Awesome for its time. I can't wait to see this movie.

Huge 1yr bump, I know, but did not see the movie till the other day. Movie was awesome, not sure how accurate it is to how everything happened, but very good nonetheless.

If Lauda went through half the things they showed in his recovery from that accident, you'd have to admire him for his dedication, courage, and passion for his sport. I was just getting into F1 racing as a fan through "Road & Tracks" magazine coverage. At that time James Hunt was doing an article in R&T for them giving his interpretation of what was happening. I knew he was easy going, but didn't realize how much he seemed to enjoy the perks of being a F1 driver. I knew little of Lauda except his Ferrari stint, but now I've gotten a greater appreciation for this man, his skills, and passion for winning. He still shows that today.
