Just saw it and loved it. SLJ did a great job, and so did Christoff Waltz - loved him in Inglorious Basterds too

Honestly, I HATE Tarentino with a passion, I have watched all his movies with an open mind, and I kind of only liked Kill Bill a bit...
Inglorious Bastards had funny moments but MOST of the movie didn't have to DO with the Inglorious Bastards, so it was a thumbs down from me... Back on topic, Django Unchained... FÚCKING FANTASTIC I really appreciated everything about it. My buddies complained that it was a bit long, but I had no complaints |

One of Tarrantino's best.
He finally stopped indulging himself on every stupid little thing he thinks is personally cool and just made a good film. The only glaring stupid indulgence was the occasional "whipping" camera action. Otherwise, best film he's made in years.

Just saw this for the first time. I'm impressed. I enjoyed this movie immensely. Being a huge fan of spaghetti westerns, its great to see that the genre isn't completely dead. Definitely recommend it.
