I am struggling with making a decision regarding my 2013 sports package Z. The OEM tires at 13K miles seem to be wearing out. I can purchase and install Blizzaks ($1200+) and then after the winter, I would have to buy summer or all season tires. Another option is to just buy good all season tires that handle the mild winters where I live (Southeast Missouri) and I would not have to buy additional tires.
I do not track or do extreme stuff with my Z. Any recommendations??? One person argues that there are good all season tires that are just as good as Blizzaks in mild snow, slush, ice and cold weather and another that says the Blizzaks are far superior, that all season tires are not very good in the winter and not that good in the summer either, that I should get Blizzaks and a good summer performance tire. |
