Can anyone tell me what sort of Dyno this is?

Looks really similar to the portable dyno dynamics. I don't know how similar the two are but Dyno dynamics are suppose to read the lowest, but you can make them "read" dynojet numbers

Without knowing what the baseline was with out the mods/tune it doesn't really tell you what the real gains were, so it doesn't mean he is lying but it doesn't mean he made great gains over baseline either.

I've said this millions of time and continue to say it. Dynos are used simply for tuning purposes, a way to gauge before and after. Sure you can see how much power your car makes, but if there is no before or after then its just that; a number. Want your car to read high? Find a dyno that reads high
