I don't condone street racing, but having your car confiscated for being a spectator is kind of bullshyt. Arrest the guys racing or selling drugs and take their cars, but

I don't condone street racing, but having your car confiscated for being a spectator is kind of bullshyt. Arrest the guys racing or selling drugs and take their cars, but taking a regular spectator's car is kind of overkill. Detroit is beyond broke and this probably payed for a few corrupt cop's salaries.
