They've got to do "something" to "improve" Detroit.
With an unemployment rate of 21.1 % and a murder rate higher than Baghdad ... street racing is the last thing I'd be worried about. (and no, I don't race. Too old for that crap. And, i'd permanently lose my DEA number). |
