OBD Scan tool

what obd scan tool and iphone app do you guys recommend? I understand some will give you 0-60 acceleration time, how accurate are they?

They should be very accurate if you have the proper tires/inflation. Start timer, wait until wheel speed is 60 mph, stop timer. Rinse. Repeat.

For something like this you may need one of the faster modules, IMO... I had a cheap one and it worked great for scanning and clearing codes...but was SUPER laggy with streaming data... I have an OBDLink LX now and it is much faster.

The MX comes in a WiFi model that is iPhone compatible... I bought mine a while back there may be other options out there.
