Geez: It's hot ...........
I think I'd rather be in the northern hemisphere today.
Australia is currently in the grip of a ridge of high pressure through the centre of the country which is resulting in temps of 45 DegC plus in a lot of the country. I'm thankful for our (new) house having 12" of insulation under the roof, 10" in the walls and double-glazed. low-E glass in windows and doors. Have only had the put the A/C on low so far ............ Step outside and the air is zero-percent humidity .... just sucks the moisture from your lungs. Hoping for cooler change around dusk !! |

In WNC too. The Nismo is cold but clean in the garage. New Year’s Eve was thin ice everywhere all unexpected, basically impassible. Parked the Honda Si safely and hoofed it carefully home for three miles.
