Default 2017 Nismo

Finally got into the Z club

Picked up a 2017 Nismo Tech from a vending machine (Carvana)

I was looking for a fun summer/weekend car with frequent commutes in Chicago traffic and I must say the auto trans in the Nismo doesn't get enough credit.

Coming from a dozen turbo MR2's, E46 M3's, Mitsu Evo, Lexus RC350 and yes, a 2016 V8 mustang, the Z is sure fun to drive.

I was afraid the slushbox would be well slushy but I have no complaints about it.

I look forward to doing some light mods and enjoying the community.

Welcome to the 370Z forums. Beautiful Nismo Z you have there congratulations! Pearl white is a very nice looking color on the Z when it is clean. Any plans on the light mods you are desiring on doing? Do you have any goals for your Z?

Thanks! Starting off pretty basic with 25mm/20mm spacers on the factory Ray's (Installing them today)
20% window tints (this weekend)
Looking into powdercoating or having the factory ray's painted a solid color.
AAM Resonated tails, holding off to see if I can find some used ones, otherwise ordering new within a week. Seeing how that sounds before going into changing other exhaust parts.
I may look into some intakes and a tune over the winter. Keeping it pretty basic as it seems fun in stock form
