Hey everyone!
Little about me: I am the current President of Wildcat Formula Racing (U of A: Society of Automotive Engineers). We build a F1 style car from the ground up. I am also going to college to earn an engineering degree with chemical minors. Lucky my club has given me the opportunity to talk to car enthusiasts willing to help as well! I live in AZ but I drive back to SF, CA during my breaks. I got my 370 in the Summer (right before college). I have always wanted a 350z and I spent my time looking for one, yet this 11' BS 6M 370z came along and I couldn't refuse it. I bought it with 4 things added to it: Injen intakes, coil-overs (unknown) INGS +1 replica front lip and ARK exhausts! Unfortunately the man before me didn't realize that tuning helps boost power, so as of now: the car has near stock hp. I also don't think they did their INGS fiberglass layups correctly because it fell apart...I plan to fix it with bondo to see what happens. So far, I absolutely love this car (although the large hood is annoying at times, but eh). My plans for the future include tuning, headers, transmission mounts, seeing if I can replace some parts with carbon fiber and if I can design my own shift knob with my roommate (engineer with an MS6). I would love any tips from the members, I kept putting off posting on here because I haven't had any questions. Maybe some will generate once I start talking more. -Cesar Last edited by Popwarfirm2; 04-05-2015 at 06:01 PM. |

Congrats and welcome, Cesar!
Good luck with your mods. Lots of great info on these forums, so take a look around. Ah, SF! I lived there for 5 years and miss it so much! |

Welcome fellow AZ'er, if you're ever up in the Gilbert area you could come visit us and talk shop! Have you decided what you'd do first in terms of upgrades? We carry lots of different types of everything you mentioned.
