Thinking about getting Intake and Exhaust
Hey guys. I'm thinking about getting the Stillen Gen 3 intake with the Fast Intentions Cat Back Exhaust with 18" resonators and generally I've been hearing a lot of people say that whatever mod you get first will give you the most power (HP) boost and and subsequent mods the boost is going to be a little less.
My question is: What happens if I get both mods at the same time? What happens then? Thanks.

You'll gain around the same amount as everybody else does with the same mods. But whereas you might of gained 18whp from your first mod, say an intake, and then 15whp with your second mod, say an exhaust, somebody else who installed the exhaust first saw a 18whp gain and only 15whp from adding an intake later.
At the end of the day, it's a wash. Like said above, you won't magically make more power because you installed them at the same time. |
