Can someone tell me why my exhaust cant fit perfectly

I just bought a new exhaust from megan racing. It cant fit, i have to remove my under body brace in order to get it fit. Is it the exhaust or the car spec? My car was imported from japan. Thanks

Is that Y pipe flipped? Maybe upside down?

maybe push it up and put the bolts in? may have to loosen the front flanges by the cats and tighten them down once you get the back on, and yeah check to make sure it isn't upside down.
