Default FI LTH rpm jumps

Hi commanders,
I need some help
The thing is, i've install FI LTH and now i have my idle rpms jumping.
Config is following: Intake, cat back and LTH.
Some says it will return back to normal once 150 miles passed, some says I need to "teach" throttles. But throttles doesn't adjust because of pure fuel mix.
I am going to upload UpRev soon, but for now this rpms are making my crazy )

Thank you

Clear the code and you should be good to go. It's probably bc your AFR is off.

Wink

Did you use an air impact to remove the O2 sensors? If you did. There is a good chance that one or more O2 senors may be bad.

Doubt it. But to cover your bases, OP get the code, then disconnect the negative terminal and let the car relearn

Besides damage to the O2 sensors you should check the following:

1. Intake plumbing leaks after the MAF sensors.
2. MAF sensors (damaged/improper installation)
3. Exhaust leaks
4. Proper wiring of the O2 sensors (the ones that had their wiring lengthened for the LTH install)

Also if you post up the code(s) that you're getting, most likely some one on here has seen this issue before.

I received your second email a short while ago. My apologies for not getting back to you, I was on the dyno all day. If you are getting a CEL than there is something wrong with the installation! You SHOULD NOT get a CEL with our headers, ever! 9 time out of 10 it is related to the front O2 sensors being extended. Either the connection is not good and/or the O2 sensor was damaged during the removal or install of the headers. The rear O2 sensor will not trip the light because they have not been extended and are screwed into our "J" Bend style Anti Fouler.

If it is not the O2 sensors than it is most likely related to your MAF's. The best course of action is to check the code and email the description to me. From there, I can help you move forward.

Thanks, Tony

I felt something strange from the first crank up! I even went to OD Nissan to check faults, but they didn't finalize anything. Then I've been told to teach throttles, but as long as the CEL is lit it doesn't work.
Looks like really something strange with O2 Sensors. Going to come back on same service to find a reason.

Tony, Thank you again and again.

Glad to hear it!

After the year you have had, it is nice to see something go smooth.
