Besides damage to the O2 sensors you should check the following: 1. Intake plumbing leaks after the MAF sensors. 2. MAF sensors (damaged/improper installation) 3. Exhaust leaks 4. Proper wiring

Proper wiring of the O2 sensors (the ones that had their wiring lengthened for the LTH install) Also if you post up the code(s) that you're getting, most likely some one on here has seen this issue before.
