Second Bad Stock Muffler

so my muffler started rattling again. happens at like 650 RPM, so it happens whenever i'm at a stop light. the baffles or something inside of them is rattling. drives

Default Second Bad Stock Muffler
so my muffler started rattling again. happens at like 650 RPM, so it happens whenever i'm at a stop light. the baffles or something inside of them is rattling. drives me crazy. this is my second stock muffler. does having test pipes cause this? the replacement one i bought had low miles supposedly.
