Default Ark DT-S Exaust System + Berk HFC

I finally made up my mind and made an order

I decided to go with Ark dts burnt tip exaust + Berk HFC ( i wanted ark hfc but the store didnt have them in stock so i decided to go with Berk HFC) so now i want to know how will this berk hfc be different over ark hfc (sound,hp gains...)??
