Yes they will cause the car to lean out below threshold value. You qill need a tune after you get them installed. The bing extension does not work I wasted $25on them from z1 and it didnt work.

I got my tune done at stillen. Sammy there did a good job tuning my car. If you plan on doing other mods buy them all amd do one install and the immediate tune. I got random multiple cylinder misfire due to the car leaning out so far. Hope this helps.
