F.I. owners-Question on ordering exhaust

Hey everybody I am about to order my F.I. cat back exhaust with 12" resonators tomorrow. I am just wondering how you guys ordered yours, online or called their sales department? Thanks for the help.

Ordered online, and Blake followed up with a confirmation email a couple of days later. Excellent customer service! The wait is the hardest part...;(

Give Blake or Tony a call direct. They'll give you a walkthrough on the whole ordering process and confirm what you want is in fact, what you want.

I ordered my exhaust via email (Tony)
or you can call directly & speak to Blake or Tony.

I just called Tony. He is extremely knowledgeable and nice to boot. He will answer any questions you have and help put your mind at ease if you have any concerns. When i first called i wasn't sure about the 12" or 18" Res but when i was done i got the 18" and also ended up ordering test pipes lol. I placed my order on November 16th and got them on February 14th.
