Default Tomei spring rattle

Hello all! I recently got a megan racing y pipe with the tomei y back exhaust and absolutely love it but I do have one problem with it. It sounds like the springs that hold it together rattle. I know for a fact it's the springs rattling because another person on YouTube had this problem but idk if removing the springs will be safe? Any opinions?

Just got word it may be hitting the heat shield. But who knows I don't see it hitting.

I have Tomei catback, and get the same rattling. Also thinking that it's the springs. There's almost no way its hitting the heatshield, its pretty far from the exhaust. I'm interested as well in finding out if its safe to remove the springs.

Thanks for the input! I saw a video on YouTube the same mods I have (megan y pipe and tomei y back) the guy had the same rattle and commented that he took the springs off but did not reply if it went all good. I'm contacting my performance shop tomorrow and gonna take her in to hopefully rid the rattle because I can hear it while under 2.5k rpms and idle. I'll let you know. Btw it happens more when the ac is on but that shouldn't matter.

I took my car back to my shop and removed the springs and replaced them with some metal wiring and that fixed the rattle/sizzle sound!
