I like the concept. It's all in the execution. Carving out the diffuser like Jar said looks unfinished. I would have cut and relocated the exhaust cutouts from the sides

I like the concept. It's all in the execution. Carving out the diffuser like Jar said looks unfinished. I would have cut and relocated the exhaust cutouts from the sides and glass it toward the center and then glass to cover the sides where the cutouts came from. It would look finished. If it's a track car then it doesn't matter.
