My dyno results
Headed out to RT Tuning in Montgomeryville, PA for tuning on 12/26/17.
Dyno results are attached. 333.77 whp / 278 wtq. Mods are: Z1 Intakes + Upgraded Filter Synolimits 63mm TB Z1 Ported Upper Mani Fast Intentions LTH Fast Intentions CBE RT does most dynoing in 4th gear, correction is STD, so the really interesting data is that a stock Z on their dyno was 279/236. Review: I've been to RT Tuning before with my 350z, and it's nice to see they're continuing to do well and expand. In terms of price, I benefited directly from an ECUTek special they ran on Cyber Monday, but they are definitely not the cheapest place around without a promo of some kind. I very much appreciate that they perform a decent pre-dyno check of your vehicle before they make any runs. Vince, the tuner, also took time to talk with me about my project and future plans, as well as instructing me on the new features of my ECU software. A couple of his observations that most of you may or not be aware of: 1) More modern Z's (mine is a 2014) have a better/more adaptive ECU which can self adjust for mods a lot more easily. My base was 319 whp, and my low end torque remained virtually unchanged after tuning. 2) His best results (closest to 340 whp) always involve long tubes, with most short tubes making significantly less power. In terms of driveability, the throttle response on my vehicle is GREATLY improved. Before, it was a fast(ish) car that felt slow. Now it's a fast(ish) car that feels quick and responsive with none of that dead pedal nonsense that made me mutter four letter words in conjunction with Nissan's name. Why they chose to limit the responsiveness of their vehicle so greatly I will never know. I no longer have to floor it to get my vehicle to react. Huge improvement! I'm loving it.

Nice numbers. Vince knows his chit! And he's easy to talk to.

RT Tuning was kind enough to overlay my results over a stock 370z on their dyno. This should give an idea of the power gains possible with the appropriate mods.
