If i remember correctly you will have to remove the heat shield from the driver side manifold to access all four bolts that hold on the up motor mount to the block. i used a small boxed end wrench and a swivel to remove it. Another way is to loosen and remove the ac lines out of the way, which should give enough room to access the bolt on the heat shield. Once the heat shield is removed you can lossen the four bolts on the upper mount which will give yourself some wiggle room to remove the oem rubber mount out of the way. you will have to jack up the motor a few inches.
