Default 5 inch tips on 15+ nismo?

So I ordered a Motordyne E370 Shockwave exhaust and the order got messed up and they shipped it with 5" tips instead of the standard 4.5" tips. Is this going to cause any issues? They come with spacers.

Anyone got 5" tips on their 370? I've heard it could melt my bumper?

The main things to worry about are: First, making sure you have a large enough space between the tip and the bumper so it does not burn it.., and second: if they look stupid....5 inch may look like you are trying to hard...

They are adjustable, so I think I'm going to make sure they sit flush and not poking out. Hopefully that helps make them look more understated.

With the bumper the 5" seem to fill the holes better. The bumper extends a little bit more than the non-nismo one, so you won't have any issues with it 'sticking too far out' because they won't.
