Has anyone come up with a solution for cleaning/ changing the 2 K&N air filters on a Stillen cold air intake that does not involve taking the front facia off

K&N air filter cleaning for Stillen intake
Has anyone come up with a solution for cleaning/ changing the 2 K&N air filters on a Stillen cold air intake that does not involve taking the front facia off the car??
