Default hks exhaust?

so was curious about this, the hks seemed big when i had my 350z a lot of people seemed too love them. now that i am in a 370z doesn't seem like a lot of people run the hks. Anyone have input on this is it too loud or raspy? or is there just alot better options out there?

Every 2015+ Nismo has an HKS exhaust.

I think there is two model for 370z from hks, hi power and super sound master, the former I heard personally and it is very quiet unless you step on gas.

If you're talking about the HKS Hi-Power exhaust, then that one is not too loud and has no rasp at all. It is rather tame, but will open up if you get on the throttle.

I'm running them with Mortordyne ART pipes and there is still no rasp at all RPM ranges. It is a nice exhaust if you don't want to be obnoxiously loud. It is good if you have a long commute or go on longer drives because no drone either.

so the 15+ Nismo has a different exhaust sound than the earlier ones?

Is it louder?

I agree with 2016 370z

I didn't really notice a difference in sound between my stock Nismo and other stock 370z exhausts. I have the HKS Hi Power with Fast Intentions resonated HFC and I love the sound.

Here is a quick video that my buddy shot of my car with the HKS exhaust only. Didn't get a chance to make one with the ART pipes on yet.

The HKS Hi-Power is our most popular seller for Cat-Back exhausts on the 370Z! If you are looking for the titanium blue tip look with a great sound. Then its for you man.

We have sold plenty of these and only heard great things from our customers. I actually just sold the last one we had in stock and HKS isnt getting anymore until end of February.

I bought mine from Kamispeed during the summer. Josh was very helpful.

Just depends on what kind of cats or test pipes are with the exhaust. I saw a video of a 370 with HKS and Berk HFC but it doesn't sound very good to me.
