Default Demon bolts are a joke

I have been reading how bad they are and i was prepared for the worst. Since i was installing my supercharger this weekend i figured id take the demon bolts out since intakes were off..... My best friend who was helping me said oh this is easy......He grabbed his 1 inch 850 foot pound impact gun for changing tractor tires and 6 seconds on one and i couldnt start and stop counting fast enough on the other one..... going to put a regular bolt in them today.

i highly recommend if you dont have access to one call a mobile tire guy and let him bust them off

Hope you pulled the downstream o2 sensors before you hit them with the impact, or you might have to replace them.

Battery connected or not, those o2s don't like the vibrations from the impact. You may be fine. But if you get weird values when you're tuning, keep them in mind and replace if needed.

I cringed when i read 1 inch impact. Living in the rust belt that thing would just snap most every fastener on a car.
