I have a FI 12" exhaust with resonated Berk HFC's and it sounds perfect, still very loud under a load and tolerable daily driving. I had non resonated HFC's before with the FI and the cabin drone was annoying (commute on highway a lot) even after installing GT-Mat in the rear it was still to much drone. Its all personal preference and you already made a great decision by purchasing the FI exhaust

I have the non-res FI exhaust with stock cats. It's loud even with stock cats. Cabin noise is manageable but it can be very loud for cars behind and next to you. I can tell you that it'll be damn loud with non res TP. I wouldn't even get resonated TP but rather get HFC. Then again, it's to your preference.

I would suggest you first install your exhaust then decide whether you want to get TP. Performance should be the same between non res and res.

Non-resonated exhausts seem pretty loud already by themselves. I would go for resonated if your exhaust is non-resonated. Unless you want to be the loudest car out there.

I love my resonators. I'm running with the HKS Hi-Power exhaust with Motordyne ART pipes. No drone, and still loud when I want them to be.

I say resonated pipes!

Im running berks resonated test pipes with HKS catback, imo sounds good when applying throttle and not too loud when driving normally.

Resonated TP's don't reduce the actual noise much, it reduces or eliminates rasp. Fast Intentions seems to sound damn good regardless, other exhausts, a resonated TP is almost necessary.
