I had this similar issue happen to me on my G3 CAI, but it did not go all the way through so I just used some paint. At that time I was looking at aluminum repairs. The video below may be helpful.
I ended up loosening the hose clamps to adjust the tubing so they are away from the metal lip. This repair seems it would work as long at the intakes don't get super hot. Last edited by shenlong1337; 11-06-2015 at 02:02 PM. Reason: add more info |
