Most people just weld a bung extension on their HFC/TP - shouldn't cost much more than that module Or if you have a tune, you can turn it off in the ECU software.
Does that module plug into the OBD2 port? If you're trying to pass inspection, I'm not sure that's very helpful; I think most inspectors use equipment that needs to plug into that port.
