Default Sagging nismo bumper because of support beam.

Anyone figure a way to prevent the front bumper from sagging a little? No more support beam because of the intercooler. I started to notice it as the hood and bumper line appeared to be getting larger.

Zip ties, they fix everything.

I can't imagine how zip ties would help prevent the bumper from sagging.

How much room do you have between the intercooler and the bumper? You may be able to have a custom "crash bar" fabricated and have it bolt on top of the intercooler mounts?

Actually now that I think about that it should be doable. See if you can't get some thing made that you can mount the factory foam piece to.

Has anyone found a simple fix to this problem?

I posted a simple fix. Zip ties and tape.

Now if you want a simple and effective solution, custom crash bar seems like it would fix the issue.

Cheap
Effective
Simple

You can only pick two

OP don't know if your still interested, but there should be 6 square spacers(styrene foam type) on the inside of the front bumper that sit on top of the foam impact absorber.

maybe if you can figure a way to have these spacers sit on something it'll fix without any zipties
